Why Demo Day Might Be the Best Day of Your Life
Have you ever started a home renovation project? Before anything beautiful can be built, something messy has to be torn down. Walls come down. Dust flies. It’s uncomfortable. But it’s necessary.
That’s exactly what Jesus does in us.
In John 2, Jesus walks into the temple and sees people using it in ways it was never intended. So He flips tables and clears it out. Why? Because what was meant to be a place of worship had become something else.
And here’s the wild truth: Sometimes He does the same thing in our hearts.
He sees where we’ve made compromises. Where things are out of alignment. Where old habits and broken mindsets are standing in the way of the life He designed us for. So... He starts the demo process.
It’s messy. Emotional. Even painful. But it’s full of purpose.
You weren’t designed to live stuck in the same cycles. You were designed for more.
God’s not trying to ruin your life. He’s trying to rebuild it.
And that, friend, starts with Demo Day.
