In 1993, Pastor Nathan had a vision of creating a church to reach people who were far away from God. As a result, he planted and founded Victory Hill Church. It doesn't take long to see how God has blessed the vision. Victory Hill has grown from a handful of people to hundreds gathering for worship every weekend. Pastor Nathan is a gifted communicator and super passionate about leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. And if you hang out with Pastor Nathan very long, you'll definitely hear a cajun Boodro joke.
Chad is passionate about building systems and strategies to reach unchurched people. In addition to developing the team, his main focus is to assist the lead pastor and his vision to reach people who are far from God. For fun, Chad and his wife take all day road trips (and sometimes off-road trips) in their Jeep Wrangler.
Mallory oversees the administrative side of Victory Hill, including managing budgets and expenditures. In addition to minding the numbers, she partners with her husband in the Unashamed Student Ministry. She is also a mad baker of good cookies!

Project Manager and Associate Pastor of Visitation
Max provides maintenance to all of the buildings on campus. He also leads renovation and building projects. In addition to his skilled labor, Max also loves serving people through visitation and being a friend in a time of need. You'll find Max every Sunday in the Connect Cafe, ready to serve you a cup of coffee. There are some things Max dislikes, for example, don't even say the word, "snake" when you're around him.
