Chad has a heart for sharing God's Word and has actively served in ministry for over 25 years. In addition to leading at Victory Hill, Chad serves as a ministry consultant with The Unstuck Group, which helps churches get unstuck through strategic planning. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology and Christian Ministries from King’s University and a certificate in Strategic Planning for Churches with The Patterson Center..
Mason is passionate about preaching, teaching, and discipleship. In addition to his teaching team role, he oversees the ministries and leaders of Victory Hill. Mason has a Certificate in Christian Ministries & Associates Degree in Christian Leadership from Campbellsville University. Not many people know that Mason once appeared on ESPN...accidentally, but he still appeared.
Mallory oversees the administrative side of Victory Hill, including managing budgets and expenditures. In addition to minding the numbers, she creates environments and actions to ensure team health and care. Mallory holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Speech Pathology from Western Kentucky University.
Brian Michael O'Callaghan
Brian-Michael leads our Sunday worship experience using his gifts and talents, as well as developing teams of vocalists and musicians. He strives to create a high-energy, yet worshipful environment to help people experience and love of Jesus Christ. If you can't find him on the stage, check the golf course.
Children's Pastor/Community Pastor
Beth is gifted in sharing the love of Jesus with children. She and her husband, Michael work hard to create a safe, fun environment of learning and laughter. It is their desire that every child who walks through the door of Victory Kids to know love and acceptance. Beth also serves as our Community Pastor. In that roll, she builds and maintains relationships with local schools, non-profits, and businesses to help us reach our community for Jesus. Micheal and Beth are professional campers, because they lived in one while building their house.
Trey is a creative communicator, who loves preaching and teaching with our team. He is an educator by profession and currently holds the role of principal at Allen County Intermediate Center. Trey loves to deer hunt in the winter and take his family to the beach in the summer.
Amy oversees our Discipleship Path. She helps people take their next steps to become fully devoted followers of Jesus. She and her husband, Larry also oversee the First Impressions Team. They are super passionate about making people feel welcome. Larry and Amy enjoy spending time on the lake fishing with friends and family.
Darren & India Blankenship
Darren & India have a passion to serve the young people of our community by providing a welcoming and engaging experience just for teens on Wednesday nights. They long to see young people find and follow Jesus and desire to equip them to share the love of Jesus with their friends and families. Darren has an ever growing shoe collection and India is in love with all things Disney.
Victory Kids Assistant/Janitor
Jennifer is passionate about helping our church succeed at every level. Each week she assists our children's pastor with the day to day duties of kid's ministry as well as overseeing the operation of Victory Kids during the 9:30am service. Jennifer is also responsible for keeping our church sparkling clean. In her spare time, she loves traveling and making memories with her family.
Cara loves to make people feel welcome at Victory Hill! She oversees our Hospitality team which includes greeters, ushers, and the connect team. She knows the importance of feeling welcome and connected at church, so she makes it her team's priority each week to welcome and love on each person that walks through our doors. Cara is an educator by profession and currently holds the roll of Center Manager at Head Start. Cara has special place in her heart for the homeless community and spends a lot of her spare time volunteering.
Marcus is our resident tech guru and leads our media team. This includes lights, video, live stream, and stage design. He is an great leader with an eye for detail. He is passionate about creating an environment at Victory Hill that lends itself to an incredible worship experience for everyone in attendance. Even though Marcus is a tech guy, he also loves the great outdoors. Completing the Appalachian trail is on his bucket list.
